RIM cuts profit forecast on weak BlackBerry sales

On Thursday, Research in Motion cut its earning forecasts because of low BlackBerry sales. It also reduced its revenue guidance, because the income will be slightly below the 5.2 billion that they previously estimated. RIM is expecting to sell 13.5 million to 14.5 million BlackBerrys in its ongoing quarter which will end on May 31. It is strange that the BlackBerry was once at the top of the market and is now fighting to stay in the market.
