Amazon e-books now outselling print books

Last Thursday, Amazon announced that their buyers are now buying more e-books for the kindle, than all their print books. Since people have been using technology more, this would naturally happen but this still shocked Amazon. Amazon released its Kindle in November of 2007. Although this only applies to all the books and e-books sold on Amazon, it is still shocking that the sales have been rising so quickly.

RIM cuts profit forecast on weak BlackBerry sales

On Thursday, Research in Motion cut its earning forecasts because of low BlackBerry sales. It also reduced its revenue guidance, because the income will be slightly below the 5.2 billion that they previously estimated. RIM is expecting to sell 13.5 million to 14.5 million BlackBerrys in its ongoing quarter which will end on May 31. It is strange that the BlackBerry was once at the top of the market and is now fighting to stay in the market.

A podcast is like a webcast. It can be an audio or video media file.
People make podcasts so other people can get information.
I have never created a podcast or downloaded one before.
Some tools that can help you create podcasts are software for it, and camera, microphone, and a computer.
I would create a podcast for current things in fashion and media.

Mobile users more vulnerable to e-mail phishing scams

Last week the news spread that an e-mail marketing company, Epsilon, was hacked. Email adresses and names, such as those of large companies, have been stolen. These companies have sent emails warning costumers of the fake emails. John Sutter from CNN has reported that these phishing attempts are sneakier and more affective way of hacking people. This is becoming a big problem for mobile email users, as they are more susceptible to this. People are trying to stop this problem by not opening emails that look suspicious.
